Val Kilmer replaces De Niro, stars alongside 50 Cent in movie ‘New Orleans’

According to reports, Hollywood star Robert De Niro may be replaced in the forthcoming film ‘New Orleans’ also starring rapper 50 Cent by co-star Val Kilmer.

According to reports, Hollywood star Robert De Niro may have been swapped out in the forthcoming film ‘New Orleans’ (formally known as “Microwave Park”) by his ‘Heat’ co-star Val Kilmer. Robert De Niro was expected to act side-by-side with G-Unit rapper/actor and entrepreneur 50 Cent in the flick.

The movie which is directed by Charles Winkler is centered around a police officer who uncovers information that his partner was shot to death after thinking he died in Hurricane Katrina. The cop and his new partner begins to investigate the murder which uncovers deceit and corruption.

According to Kilmer’s official website, Kilmer states “I play a burly rough but loyal cop. 50 is my partner….”.

Following the movie, Val Kilmer will be working on “20% Fiction” which is executive produced by Robert De Niro.
