No Michael is not in trouble over street drugs yet instead legal pharmacy drugs. A Beverly Hills pharmacy for the stars G&J Gross, Inc. dba Mickey Fine Pharmacy at 433 North Roxbury Drive made claims Michael Jackson ran up a $100,000 tab for prescription medicine, but never paid. The pharmacy filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles stating Michael Jackson filled prescriptions over the last two years, and that he orally agreed that he would pay the purchase price of any prescription medications filled by Mickey Fine Pharmacy.

Mickey Fine Pharmacy stated that they sent monthly bills to the defendent requesting payment for the amount of money owed for the prescription medications where Michael Jackson made his last payment in 2005. Since the public hype from media and the filing of the lawsuit against the the pop star, Michael Jackson’s spokesperson Raymone K. Bain states that he has since paid the bill.
