Unauthorized duplication of any recordings downloaded from this site, while may appear convenient, is a violation of copyright law and international treaties. In other words, you may not make copies for others but you may use them for personal non-commerical use. MemphisRap.com uses every effort to see that the artists and songwriters who contributed to these recordings receive over half of all revenue they generate from sells unless stated, so please, don’t steal them or allow others to steal them. What’s a few pennies to guarantee fairness for all who contributed to your listening enjoyment?

ARTIST PROFILES
We collect information about you “the artist” and your music to create your web site. Some of this information, like your biography, is displayed on your web page. Other information, like your influences and related artists, is used to help fans find your music. 

Use of Your Information and Submitted Content
MemphisRap.com will try to provide a site of good quality service for everyone including the promotion of artists within our database which requires us to ask for certain contact and other  information. We will use the information and content to further advance MemphisRap.com as well as the growth of “the artist” and each “artists” individual music, song, cd, tape or other promotional material. 

Access to Info 
All personal information is stored in our secure databases. Access to that information is strictly controlled and limited to certain individuals within MemphisRap.com. We want to protect the integrity of your personal information that we may have in our database. If your email address changes and you would like to continue receiving any of our mailings, please notify us at help@memphisrap.com so we can update our records accordingly. 

What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Submitted Info and Content 
All information and submissions to MemphisRap.com will be used to help create the content, services and targeted promotions within our site. By submitting material to MemphisRap.com you grant us the right to use, distribute, and promote your submissions which may include the contact information that you wish to be provided along with your works.
