Following being released from prison, rapper Lil Boosie is set to soon make an appearance live in concert in Memphis, MemphisRap.com has learned.
Details are sketchy, but promoter Curtis Givens of CGI Entertainment has shared teasers of an expected concert of Lil Boosie in Memphis, TN.
“We bring stars to Memphis,” Givens shared along with a photo showing Lil Boosie with the tagline “CGI Entertainment and K97 present Lil Boosie Live In Concert Coming Soon.”
Later Givens followed up with a post sharing the date on Instagram that Lil Boosie will be in Memphis – the month of May.
Still, there is no exact date, yet it looks like the rapper who has also been making rounds at studios and has been seen in music video shoots will be soon be touching down in the M-Town.
As reported on MemphisRap.com, Boosie was released earlier this March from Louisiana State Penitentiary where he had been jailed since 2009 and revealed that while during his time in prison he had written more than 1,000 songs.
So it seems that one of the South’s favorite rappers is definitely wasting no time getting back to the business of music.
