Yo Gotti, CMG, K97 Bring Memphis Hip-Hop To One Mic: 8Ball, Don Trip, Zed Zilla, Drumma Boy

Yo Gotti (@YoGottiKOM), Cocaine Muzik Group (@CocaineMuzikGrp), along with DJ Devin Steel (@devinsteel), Clear Channel director of urban programming for K97 FM (@K97FM) in Memphis, are bringing the Memphis hip-hop community together for one night on one mic.

One Mic Memphis is bringing together notable Memphis rappers Yo Gotti (@YoGottiKOM), Zed Zilla (@ZedZilla1), 8Ball (@DAREAL_8ball), Young Dolph (@YoungDolph), Don Trip (@MrDonTrip) for live hip hop performances on one stage with appearances by Drumma Boy (@DrummaBoyFRESH), Gangsta Boo (@GangstaBooQOM), 2 Deep (@2Deeptsp), amongst others.

“The idea is to have everybody who’s really trying to make a difference in pushing our scene and our movement on the underground and commercial stage one step further,” Steel said in a statement to Commercial Appeal (@memphisnews).

One Mic Memphis is set to take place Saturday, July 21 at Minglewood Hall (@MinglewoodHall) at 1555 Madison Ave Memphis, TN 38104. Doors open at 9 PM.
