Three 6 Mafia’s Crunchy Black Arrested on Drug Charges, Cops Claim Rapper Was Stopped for Jaywalking

Memphis rapper Crunchy Black born Darnell Carlton was arrested in Las Vegas, Nevada on possession of meth (methamphetamine hydrochloride), among other charges after police stopped the rapper for allegedly jaywalking.

The rapper was stopped by police after they claimed he was reportedly ignoring street signage and ‘roaming the streets.’

When he was stopped, police discovered he was in possession of meth and he allegedly make an incriminating statement to the police. “Oh damn. I was trying to buy that powder, not meth,” Crunchy said authorities claim, according to celebrity gossip site TMZ.

Crunchy Black was already wanted on warrants which included one for allegedly beating up his woman which she reportedly later denied the accusation.

Crunchy Black was taken to the Clark County Detention Center and has been charged with giving false information to an officer, failure to obey traffic signals as a pedestrian and possession of a controlled substance which carry a $5,000 bail.
