Gucci Mane Takes Guilty Plea Deal, Rapper May Be In Jail Until 2016

Rapper Gucci Mane, real name Radric Davis, 34, has reportedly struck a guilty plea deal on his gun possession charges, which may land the rapper in jail until 2016.

Gucci Mane is a convicted felon, therefore was not suppose to be in the possession of a firearm which carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in jail.

However, Gucci Mane won’t be going down for 10 years after pleading guilty to charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Gucci’s plea deal may only land him 39 months in jail with 10 months being credited for time already served.

The rapper is expected to be officially sentenced later this year in July.
