Three teenage girls, all 13 years-old, with two being twins sisters, were all killed by a hit-and-run driver while trick-or-treating for Halloween in Santa Ana, California.

Reportedly, the teenage girls were in a crosswalk at an intersection by a nearby elementary school when an SUV driven by a male with another male passenger inside crashed into the teens sometime around 7PM last night (Oct 31).

The driver of the vehicle continued driving after hitting the teens throwing them more than 100 feet from where the SUV hit them.

The driver of the vehicle did not stop or call police instead they were spotted by a witness abandoning the vehicle at a nearby strip where they fled on foot.

Two of the teen girls were declared immediately dead on the scene while paramedics attempted to prepare another girl to be taken to the hospital.

Still, all the teen girls were pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are seeking the two men who were reportedly speeding in a Honda CR-V before fleeing the hit-and-run and leaving the girls for dead in the Santa Ana street.
