Memphis Rap A police officer, Sgt. Phillip Seidle, shot and killed his ex-wife, Tamara Seidle, 51, as his 7 year-old daughter sat and watched from the front seat of his car reports of the incident captured on video say.
Tamara Seidle hit a parked car after being chased in her vehicle by Phillip Seidle in Asbury Park, according to authorities.
The couple who divorced in May, reportedly had nine children (ranging from ages of 7 to 24).
