Violence broke out at a rap concert where Kevin Gates was performing at the Memphis nightclub Eclipse on Getwell Rd that left one man shot and one man arrested following the shooting.
Apparently, an argument ensued with one man – Markil Gayden, 25 – and another man – Jason McNeary, 27 – over Gayden confronting McNeary for allegedly touching his girlfriend.
Following the argument, Gayden reportedly got in his car to leave with his girlfriend when McNeary allegedly pulled a gun and fired shots into the car that Gayden was driving.
The incident, which happened at Eclipse where Louisiana rapper Kevin Gates was performing, left Gayden shot and injured and taken to the Regional Medical Center were he was listed in non-critical condition.
McNeary was taken into custody and charged with four counts of aggravated assault and has since been released on $100,000 bond and he’s scheduled for a court date of February 5, 2015.
