Joey Porter Unlikely Charged; Arresting Officer Has Past Of Police Brutality?!

Arizona Cardinals Linebacker Joey Porter will not be facing a judge for his recent arrest ladies and gentlemen. Porter was arrested last Saturday for driving under the influence.

Not only was Porter arrested for DUI, but for allegedly assaulting the arresting officer.

Joey allegedly resisted arrest near a Bakersfield, Ca Taco Bell.

There were no charges filed because it seems that the arresting officer has brutality charges against him. So who knows what exactly happened that night?
