Will Smith and Wife Jada Pinkett Smith Are “NOT” Selling $42 Mil Home, Couple Says

The celebrity, hip-hop power couple, Will Smith and Wife Jada Pinkett-Smith have denied reports that they are selling their 25,000 square foot family house near Calabasas.

Despite reports, Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are not putting their dream family home on the market for $42 million.

The 25,000 sq ft dream house, which reportedly took seven years to build, is hidden in the hills and features a state-of-the-art recording studio, a tennis court, basketball court, meditation house and artificial lake on the 7-acre property.

Will and Jada, who moved into the house with their two children Jaden, 15, and Willow, 12, in 2011, stated the rumors are “completely false” and the house is not for sale.

The couple reportedly owns several other properties in Pennsylvania including another property in Los Angeles.
