Surveillance video shows 19 year-old Christian Taylor, the football player killed in Arlington Texas by a police officer, jumping on cars and smashing out a car window before driving his SUV thru the dealership’s window.
The new video footage that surfaced provides more details in the police shooting story of Christian Taylor, who was a college football player and sophomore at Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas.
Taylor was reportedly unarmed when he was shot dead by an Arlington Texas police officer, Brad Miller, who was under supervised field training at the time that he shot the unarmed teen whose car had been driven in to the front window of the car dealership Classic Buick GMC.
Police say they were responding to a burglary at the dealership and believed Taylor was committing a robbery.
Taylor’s family, specifically his great uncle, Clyde Fuller of Grand Prairie, Texas, described Taylor as a “good kid” who he doesn’t believe was trying to commit a crime.
Still, the video definitely seems to show Christian Taylor in the process of vandalizing the dealership’s property while it still leaves the mystery of why the police officer shot the unarmed teen after arriving to the scene of the incident.
Taylor reportedly suffered gunshot wounds to his abdomen, chest and neck area during the shooting.
