Black Male, Albert Wilson, Gets 12 Yrs For ‘Making Out’ With White Teen, 17, He Met at 21+ Bar

An all-white jury in Kansas just sentenced a black male, Albert N. Wilson, because 3 years ago the now 23 year old, then 20 year old, met a white teen, then 17 years old, in a bar called the Jayhawk Cafe for adults 21 years or older. The two ended up making out with each other after having drinks at the bar and that has landed Wilson in jail for a 12 year sentence.

On April 3, 2019, the Douglas County District Judge Sally Pokorny sentenced Wilson, a college graduate, to just over 12 years in prison for kissing and making out with the then 17 year-old white teen.

DNA test(s) concluded that intercourse hadn’t taken place nor bodily fluids was found on the victim according to a scientist with the Kansas Bureau of Investigation, who spoke during the trial. The only thing that was found on the alleged victim’s body was his saliva.

The alleged rape occurred in September 2016 where the victim was examined. Reportedly, swab analysis was done validating there was no sexual intercourse.

The alleged rape wasn’t reported to police until a month later in October 2016.

Many are calling the incident and sentencing an example of injustice to African-Americans.

An example of a comparison is a case involving a white male, Brock Turner, then 22, who was sentenced in June 2016 to a merely 6-months for raping an unconscious woman. Turner ended up only serving 3-months of his 6-month sentence.

Currently, a petition is in place to help support Albert Wilson and the injustice that he is facing. The petition which is online at currently has a little over 26,000 of the 35,000 signatures goal.

  1. Blk ppl need to wake up and realize their not citizens of Amerikkka that’s facts according to their constitution.. Dred vs Scott case

  2. Being a black male you deal with fear every day. That a normal action driving home, jogging, walking home and meeting a girl can be your last day. All because the majority does not see us as being human. Eyes have to open. Lives have to stop being taken.

  3. They should be a shame if there self really they only was kissing and no sex was involved. That is some straight BS I feel so bad for him. And wait the bar should be in trouble to they let a 17 yr old in the bar and she was drinking. This is very sad story where is the justice .

  4. Hell.i had just read about.the white guy who trick a way younger white female into being his friend?and then he rape her and.kept her in a dog cage!!for a year👹dam monster!!but here’s where it went off the tracks?the white judge sentence for him?NO JAIL TIME!!!💥😠but this young man met a supposed 21yrs old female?and a kiss he gets 12yrs!!😠in prison
    Racsit.very racsit…people and the judge.GTH.

  5. grown men on TO CATCH A PREDATOR whom intentionally went and wanted sexual contact with a child a lot younger didnt even get that time 😠

  6. The bar should be prosecuted for serving alcohol to a minor! But that’s the way Amerikkka works! Im truly not surprised at all by this. And that’s sad!

  7. Same thing happened to a young black man I know..he didn’t get sentenced until 12 years later after he was the father of two..he served 5 years of a by day. He’s now a convicted felon and has to register as a aggressive sex offender of a child all though the young white girl was 15 and he was 19 when they met up..she was no virgin and pleaded she liked the young man.. these girls get fake Id and lie about their age the young men who was black got his life ruined bc of this unfairness another man much older got probation after having sex with a 9 year old..he was white…this occurred at the same time same court same judge

  8. There was no evidence of rape, and why was she in a bar for 21 up when she was only 17. Who let her in? This is another way to the injustice of our African American men, or any man of African decent. This is injustice at its finest and just plain hatred. It is obvious that the system was not ment for people of Africam descent. This young man needs to be released.

  9. This is ridiculous and the young man did nothing wrong. My personal opinion it’s on the girl and the bar..
First off she was 17 in a 21 year older bar so everyone assume you are of legal age. This is some B------t they are cold hearted a-s people that just want to lock a black man up.

  10. This is so typical of our fake justice system. Instead of focusing on fake news focus needs to be placed on the total injustice in this country. The way the story always goes black man with white woman being a crime. God created all of His children equal, but some of our white brothers and sisters, who claim they are Christians, do not treat them as such.

The bar and young lady are at fault here not the young African Anerican male with a promising future. According to the judge and prosecutors that was his crime, being educated and having a future. Feeling threatened by this the only way they knew to handle it was to incarcerate him on bogus charges. They WILL BURN IN HELL for their evil along with all others who have caused harm and injustice to the African American race, especially our African American males. God will prevail and this young man WILL BE SET FREE and his Record cleared. You need to do what’s right NOW!!!
Truly, Truly sad that there are such evil racist people in the world. Just know what goes around comes around, so don’t be surprised if the position switch and the judge and prosecutor end up behind bars. This us what needs to happen to those who falsely imprison African American people and other minorities.

  11. This is the most ridiculous story I’ve heard and the judge need to be investigated, apparently this young man was sold to the highest prison for exchange in gifts.. Ray Charles can see this BS

  12. Our justice system needs to be reformed. There are many innocent people sitting in prison. It takes years to get them out even when they know they are innocent. Its wrong. This young man should have never been convicted of rape. The 17year old was allowed in a 21 or up bar. No sex had taken place. I pray that someone will right this wrong. That said I will be praying for this young man. It’s sad, you take a college graduate and lock him away for 12 years for kissing her. That’s just inhumane.

  13. WTF! So, now you’re a rapist for kissing. This is a total injustice! Free this young man with your apologies! And what about the young woman? God forgive me, but it’s because of females like her that the REAL VICTIMS suffer!
