Tom Izzo’s Refusal of Oregon Rumors

Michigan State’s head coach Tom Izzo has alot on his plate these days. There are talks about Izzo being interested in the head coaching position at Oregon. After firing their head coach Ernie Kent 2 weeks ago, Orgeon has been on the hunt every since.

Trying here and there searching for a good coach, Izzo became a nice choice. Rumors about Tom being interested in the position increased right after he led his Spartans to the final four.

Tom was the much more popular choice for Oregon because he is a proven great coach. Leading the Michigan State basketball program to 6 wins in 12 years was impressive to all.
