Tennessee Teen Sexually Assaulted During Class

A Tennessee teenager was reportedly assualted during her high school Music History Class at Hixson High School in Chattanooga.

A Tennessee teen was reportedly assualted during her high school Music History Class at Hixson High School in Chattanooga on April 15, 2008, according to reports. The teen girl stated that some boys in the class allegedly pinned her down and simulated sexual acts on her. According to the report, the teenager also stated that the young boys also pulled her shirt down to her waist.

During the time the young girl was attacked the teacher, Matt McHenry was stated to have left the classroom. For some apparent reason they felt it was neccessary to suspend the teacher without pay while pending an investigation.

Some of the teen boys that participated in the attack on the girl came clear to investigators. No word on what type of charges the teen boys will face.

According to investigators, some of the boys in the class have admitted to having some part in the attack on the girl.
