Memphis, TN (November 9, 2006) — Since her career began P. Moses has set herself aside from her peers. Beginning at the age of 7, P. Moses first noticed a thrill for writing lyrics and rhyming. Since then she has inspired countless fans and foes.

P. Moses is noted as one of the most influential female rap acts to hit the music scene, creating a template that will be adapted by up and coming female artists everywhere. Described by media as a “Breath of Fresh Air” and a raw performer, P. Moses goes beyond being a “Pretty Pimp” the signature that she calls herself, but she is also stated as the 1st Lady of Tennessee due to her extensive travel and tours throughout the Tennessee state and beyond. Inturn, P. Moses is an exceptionally talented artist & classy lady with versatility, charisma and character that she reveals in her clever rhymes that all come from real life experiences.

P. Moses has had her up and downs especially with spending time in the Prison, but she doesn’t let anything stand in her way. Since her release of her mixtape “Pretty Pimpin Vol. 1” which she released under her own label LIBK Records, she has been grabbing the attention of the industry’s most notable. The album is hosted by radio personality DJ Freddy Hydro, 2004’s Southern Entertainment Awards “DJ of the Year”.

P. Moses describes the release as ‘just plain pimpin’. Even though the mixtape is just a little taste to put in fans mouths, P. Moses says fans should be expecting her album “Straight From the Heart” to be far more than a taste but a full meal. The P. Moses album “Straight From the Heart” is expected to be released in early 2007. The first single off the album is entitled “Bubble Up.”

When asked about Pimpin and whether it’s in her blood, P. Moses says, “Actually it’s in my veins. Pimps are indeed born, but I don’t want the connotation of Pretty Pimpin to get misunderstood with all the other forms of pimpin. I speak about pimpin in a whole different realm than most people. I call it Pretty Pimpin.”

P. Moses thanks the inspiration of her family and the life that she has lived to making her career what it is. Her music is a driving force that shows that regardless if you’re a female or male you can be a “Pretty Pimp.”

“It’s Pretty Pimpin Baby.”
