A Louisiana teen was arrested Thursday for allegedly hanging nooses from the back of his truck and driving past a crowd of civil rights supporters.

Tens of thousands of people assembled in Jena, Louisiana on that day in support of 6 teenagers they feel were excessively charged for beating a white schoolmate.

Jeremiah Munsen, 18, of Colfax, La., along with a 16-year-old boy from Dry Prong, La., drove up and down a street where demonstrators were waiting to load a bus, many of which were headed home to Memphis and Nashville.
