Memphis Woman Jumps From Peabody Hotel, Survives Fall on Horse Carriage, Dies At Hospital

In shocking, breaking news, a woman jumped from the top of the luxury Peabody Hotel in Downtown Memphis, TN and landed on a horse carriage surviving the fall.

Witnesses says the woman landed on the wooden poles of the horse carriage and it sounded like a huge car crash.

Surviving the fall, the woman was rushed to Regional One Health hospital for treatment of her injuries.

The unidentified woman was first stated to be in critical condition, but was later pronounced dead by Regional One.

The Peabody Hotel is most known for its “Peabody Ducks,” which lives on the rooftop of the luxury hotel and they march at 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily to the hotel’s lobby fountain.
