Memphis rapper La Chat and former youngest member of Three 6 Mafia, is dropping her fifth upcoming solo album ”Da Hood Home Girl,” July 22nd, on her own label Dime A Dozen Entertainment featuring latest single ‘Do Ya Dance’.
As previously reported on MemphisRap.com, the album features Pastor Troy, “Queen of Memphis” counterpart Gangsta ‘Lady’ Boo, T-Rock, Criminal Manne, Yung Kee, Murphy Lee and more. Producers on the album include Memphis legend rapper/producer D.J. Squeeky, and up and coming producers K-Dubb and Lil Lody.
In related news, La Chat has a collaboration album in the works with former Three 6 Mafia counterpart Gangsta Boo. “Me and her are a Southern Combo Gumbo,” Gangsta Boo told MemphisRap.com. “I know alot about her we are very cool and respect each other in a sister way… when it came down to finally doing an album together it was like a no brainer,” added Boo.
Expect La Chat and Gangsta Boo’s collaboration album later this year after the release of Gangsta Boo’s solo album “For Ever Gangsta” and La Chat’s solo album “Da Hood Home Girl”.
