Juicy of Taylor Gang and one half of Memphis rap group Three 6 Mafia, says he is ready to record a new album with fellow Three 6 partner DJ Paul, possibly soon.
The rapper, producer, who has seen much success with his latest Billboard chart-topping song “Bandz A Make Her Dance and with the 2050 Tour with label mate Wiz Khalifa, recently announced the date for his ‘Stay Trippy’ album on Taylor Gang, as covered on MemphisRap.com.
According to Juicy, the ‘Stay Trippy’ album is just about complete and set to hit the internet digitally and retailers in 2013, but Juicy say there’s also a Three 6 Mafia album that could possibly be underway as well.
Juice says Three 6 Mafia is ready to release a new album but are waiting on official business with Sony to get together.
In short, they are waiting on the best offer, business as usual.
In related news, Juicy says with all the artists he’s worked with, a few people he would like to work with in the future includes the likes of Jay-Z, Dr. Dre and Nas.
