Legendary Memphis Rapper Gangsta Boo Found Dead

Legendary Memphis female rapper, Gangsta Boo, and a member of Three 6 Mafia, whose career started in the 90s, passed away on January 1, 2023.

At around 4 p.m., the body of Gangsta Boo, born Lola Mitchell, 43, was discovered.

According to sources, the artist may have allegedly died due to an overdose.

Media outlet TMZ reports that a fentanyl-laced substance is believed to be at play; however, an autopsy will need to be done to confirm this.

Currently, her death is still being investigated.
