Family of WHS student wants $1 million for Police brutality

A Westside High student is suing the city schools and Memphis Police over a scuffle between student Jimmyrico Pigram and police officer Russell Chaudoin. The student claims Chaudoin used excessive force when his handcuffs were put too tightly around his wrist and claims he was sprayed with mace that caused excessive swelling. Pigram was arrested for disorderly conduct. The family wants $1 million in damages.
