Empowering Growth: Comcast RISE Supports 100 Memphis Small Businesses with Education, Resources, and Networking

In a significant initiative, Comcast bestowed comprehensive grant packages through Comcast RISE upon 100 businesses in Memphis this past September. The Comcast RISE packages included a range of support, such as business consultation services, educational resources, a $5,000 monetary grant, creative production, media scheduling, and a technology makeover. Recognizing the pivotal role of small businesses in community economic growth, Comcast RISE organized an in-person event on Nov. 2 to further invest in and ensure the long-term success of the grant recipients.

This round of Comcast RISE recipients in Memphis joins the ranks of over 13,500 entrepreneurs nationwide and 200 small businesses in Memphis who have received grants through the program to date. Since its inception in 2020, Comcast RISE has allocated over $125 million in monetary, marketing, and technology grants, emphasizing its commitment to supporting businesses and fostering community well-being.

Comcast RISE Days took place in five cities: Baltimore, Detroit, Memphis, Philadelphia, and Portland, OR, resulting in a total of 500 grants awarded in September 2023.
