Drake Cancels Grammy Nominations Concert Last Minute; Macklemore, Ryan Lewis Performs

Hip Hop artist/actor Drake’s plans to be a part of The Grammy Nominations Concert Live – Countdown to Music’s Biggest Night, which was held on last night in Los Angeles (Friday, December 6), were apparently changed last minute.

The 27 year-old rapper reportedly pulled out of the annual music concert due to an issue that arose.

Drake, who is mid-way in his “Would You Like A Tour?,” was probably recouping from his Tacoma, WA concert that took place Wednesday and had to prep up for his Kansas City, MO concert scheduled for tonight, Saturday, December 7.

Despite Drake not preforming, the show did feature other great acts which included Lorde, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift as well as Macklemore and Ryan Lewis.

The 56th Annual Grammy Awards will air at 8PM ET on CBS January 26th from the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
