Police have revealed that they dug up and examined three buried dogs found on the DMX’s property during an August 24 raid of his Arizona home.

Police have released a statement saying that there is no evidence of organized dog fighting against rapper DMX and that so far, tests on the dogs have come back inconclusive.

Sheriff Arpaio revealed that police dug up and examined three buried dogs found on the rapper’s property during an August 24 raid of his Arizona home. During the raid, police found 13 malnourished dogs living in the rapper’s home after neighbors complained about the animals treatment.

DMX has been traveling since and has denied any wrong doing. The rapper says he hired a caretaker to watch after the dogs while he was on tour.

No charges have been filed against DMX, but the investigation continues.
