Frayser Boy, born Cedric Coleman, is hip hop recording artist, songwriter, and music producer formerly signed to Hypnotize Minds, ran by Three 6 Mafia founders DJ Paul and Juicy J. On Hypnotize Minds, Frayser Boy released albums Gone on That Bay (2003), Me Being Me (2005), and Da Key (2008).

At the 78th Academy Awards, Frayser Boy along with Three 6 Mafia members Juicy J, Crunchy Black, and DJ Paul won the Academy Award for Best Original Song for Its Hard out Here for a Pimp, the memorable song, written by hip hop group Three 6 Mafia and Cedric Coleman, for the film Hustle Flow. The song Its Hard out Here for a Pimp was performed in the movie Hustle Flow by Terrence Howard (DJay) and Taraji P. Henson (Shug).

Later, Frayser Boy signed to label Wyte Music, founded by Lil Wyte and released mixtape project The First 48 with Wyte Music Ceo and rapper Partee in 2012. There was also a First 48 Tour. Frayser Boy also appeared on Lil Wytes 5th studio album Still Doubted in 2012 on the track Gun Down. Frayser Boy and Lil Wyte also worked on a collaborative project entitled B.A.R. (Bay Area Representatives) which released on February 4, 2014.

Later in 2014, Frayser Boy debuted the music video for song I Dont Know off the album entitled Not No Moe.
