Rapper Foxy Brown “Inga Marchand”, 28, is back at it again after going deaf and regaining her hearing. The rapper was hauled off to the Broward County jail Thursday night after squirting hair glue at a beauty store owner, swearing and spitting at him, knocking over display shelves and tussling with an officer. The rapper is stated to have been charged with battery and resisting an officer with violence “obstruction of justice”.

The incident was stated to have happened at Queen Beauty Supply in Pembroke Pines where the rapper showed up before closing with a female friend. The rapper was listed as wearing a neon green jacket, jean miniskirt, and knee-high stiletto boots.

The owner, Hayssam Ghoneim stated that the rapper bought a squirt bottle of hair glue and went to the bathroom in the rear to apply it. He knocked on the door and told her the store was closing and lights out. The rapper was stated to have not responded and so he knocked again and she told him she wasn’t finished.

“I said to her, this is not a beauty salon. You need to leave. The store is closed,” Ghoneim stated.

Hayssam Ghoneim stated that he opened the door and grabbed the glue and Foxy Brown pushed him out of the way and started using profanity and tried to squirt him with the glue. The rapper instead got glue all on the floor and knocked down two display shelves, begin throwing things and spat on the floor.

Three minutes after she left out, the police tried to talk to her and ask her to return to the store. The officer was stated to have placed a hand on Brown’s arm to escort her back to the store, but instead she began swinging her arms and more at him. The officer “utilized a takedown maneuver to gain control” of Brown, according to the police report.

Most recently, Foxy Brown was sentenced to three years of probation and anger management for a similiar incident which occurred in New York City where she assaulted two manicurists. Inaddition, Brown also received a 30-day suspension sentence and 80 hours of community service after she spat on two North Carolina hotel worker for not bringing her an iron.

Brown was held Friday morning in the county’s North Jail in Pompano Beach on a bond for $1,500.
