Family and demonstrators in Ferguson, Missouri are still in protest of the shooting death of teenager Michael Brown as new details including a new autopsy report have surfaced online.
New reports reveal that Michael Brown was shot in the hand at close range in Ferguson, Missouri by the gun of police officer Darren Wilson.
The new report has sparked new controversy in regards to the shooting of the unarmed teenager Michael Brown that was shot and killed by Wilson on August 9th.
Following the shooting, multiple witnesses claim that Brown was shot execution-style by the officer with his hands in the air.
Still, Darren Wilson’s side of the story is that he was confronted by Brown who attempted to reach for his weapon which some critics say the new report of Brown being shot in the hand supports Wilson’s story.
Along with Brown being shot in the hand, the new report also reveals that Michael Brown allegedly had marijuana in his system according to the toxicology report.
Still, family, demonstrators and authorities for Michael Brown claim it still does not answer why the first autopsy report revealed no gun powder was on Brown’s body (which is contradictory to being shot at close range) as well as why Officer Darren Wilson shot Brown multiple times, at least 6 gunshots to his body, if his hands were up in the air and he was no way a danger to Wilson being several feet away during the fatal gunshots.
Following the new report, tensions are steadily rising in Ferguson, Missouri.
