Lady Gaga born Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, 28, revealed in an interview with radio talk show host Howard Stern that she was raped when she was 19 years-old by a record producer that was twenty years older than her.

Lady Gaga explains that her song entitled “Swine” was “about rape” and “about rage and fury.”

While not getting into the specifics about the man that raped her, Lady Gaga did reveal that he would go around saying to the public that they were dating.

The singer claims that she was so “traumatized” by it that she had to “keep going and get out of there.”

Lady Gaga admits that she did not come forward earlier. Gaga claims she didn’t want to admit that “anything ever happened.” The singer revealed it was a painful occurrence that happened to her but she doesn’t “want to be defined by it.”

Gaga says her life would not be “boiled down” to one “d------d” that did what he did to her as a 19 year-old girl that had come out of Catholic school when all the “crazy stuff” started happening.

If you look at the time and the age of the 28 year-old singer, she would be around nineteen when, according to Wikipedia, she met a music producer named Rob Fusari, who reportedly made claims that the two where dating and he created the “Lady Gaga” moniker. This would lead one to believe that the singer may be referring to Fusari, who was reportedly texted by Gaga the words “don’t ever call me Stefani again.”
