How Can You Be Smart, Yet Stupid?

It’s possible someone could have smarts in some areas, but absolutely no common sense.

If you have all kind of college degrees but no type of common sense, is it safe to say you’re smart? I say no, Common sense and knowledge are one of those things that you can’t have one without the other. In order to execute your knowledge that you gained in school you need to be able to talk and relate to people you never met and from totally different backgrounds.

Without common sense, how can you understand people and why they are the way they are? You would think in order for you to gain educational knowledge you would have to have common sense. It’s possible for someone to know and master school instructions because the material is there for them to study.

In life, there are no guaranteed answers so you have to study your surroundings and observe the people you come encounter with.
