Funeral Planned For Juvenile’s Daughter and Deleston Family; Son, 17, Charged With 3 Counts of Murder


Later this week a memorial service is expected to be held in Charleston, S.C., the hometown of Deputy Joy Deleston.

As recently reported on MemphisRap.com, a private ceremony was held at Hebron Baptist Church in Dacula on Sunday for the Gwinnett Deputy Joy Deleston who was killed by her 17 year-old son Anthony Tyrone Terrell Jr., along with her two daughters, one of which was the daughter of rapper Juvenile born Terius Gray.

The tribute was an open casket which gave family and friends a chance to look at Joy Deleston, 39, Micaiah Alique, 11, and Jelani Ayahna Deleston, 4, prior to the funeral.

Joy Deleston’s 17-year-old son, Anthony Tyrone Terrell Jr., has been charged with 3 counts of murder and aggravated assault in the shooting deaths of his mother and two sisters and currently is being held without bond at the DeKalb County jail. No motive has been stated as to why the young man may have murdered his family or otherwise.

Later this week a memorial service is expected to be held in Charleston, S.C., the hometown of Deputy Joy Deleston. A date and time for the service has yet to be determined according to the Alexander’s Mortuary in Fairburn since the body is expected to be brought to South Carolina by Saturday.
