Practice healthy eating habits even during the holidays. People usually eat what they want for the holidays, always making their new year’s resolution to lose weight. If we eat in moderation, we won’t have so much work to do after the holidays are over.
Even though we will have an abundance of food at our fingertips, we should not ‘pig out’. Still enjoy the holidays but don’t go back for that third and fourth helping, wait a little while.
