Coming To Memphis: Tyler Perry Play ‘Hell Hath No Fury Like A Woman Scorned’

Tyler Perry will be bringing his play Hell Hath No Fury Like A Woman Scorned to Memphis.

The play, which was filmed before a live audience back in September, will be playing at The Orpheum Theatre over the span of three days.

“Hell Hath No Fury Like A Woman Scorned” is centered around Anita Lincoln, a successful and stable woman who is excited about giving her sister a wedding while her love life is on pause. The plot gets interesting as Anita’s friend Jasmine decides to find her love again by doing it through Internet dating following a failed relationship years prior. Anita gets hooked up with charming Randy who decides to get Anita to marry him while on a trip in Las Vegas.

Anita’s love life seems to be all kosher but things gets turned around when the victim becomes the victimizer.

The play Hell Hath No Fury Like A Woman Scorned tickets go on sale December 6, 2013 and the live show is scheduled for March 6-9, 2014 at 8PM.
