Chris Tucker LIVE at Memphis, TN’s Orpheum Theatre + Jay Leno

Comedian and actor Chris Tucker has returned to the stage to bring laughter and comedy to his beloved fans with his Chris Tucker Live! Tour where he will be doing a one-night stand concert in over 21-cities with Live Nation and Memphis, TN is up next!

The 38 year-old comedian, who’s most known for his role as Detective James Carter in the “Rush Hour” movie series alongside martial artist and actor Jackie Chan and the 1995 movie “Friday” as Smokey, will be hitting the stage in Memphis, TN at the Orpheum Theatre come July 30th, 2011.

The actor/comedian posted via Facebook to his fans, “What’s up crew? Hope to see you soon. I am in Nashville and Memphis this weekend. Also check me out on The Tonight Show (Jay Lenno) on Wed 7/27 & Lopez Tonight on Thurs. Much Love!!!”

Other cities that Chris Tucker will be touring include Long Beach, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Buffalo, NY; Chicago, IL; Miami Beach, FL and others. Chris Tucker’s last show will take place in Oakland, CA at the Paramount Theatre-Oakland on November 26th.

In other news, Chris Tucker is expected to reprise his role in the final sequel of “Friday” which is titled “Last Friday.” The final film sequel was announced by rapper Ice Cube earlier this year.

As for Rush Hour, it is stated that a Rush Hour 4 is in the works and is expected to release sometime in 2012, which is also the same for “Last Friday.”
