2007 BET Awards Nominees: Beyonce Leads With Six, Three 6 Mafia Up For ”Best Group,” T.I. ”Best Male Hip-Hop”

The 7th Annual Black Entertainment Television Awards (BET Awards) hosted by Mo’Nique, of the “Flavor of Love” show’s post-series “Charm School,” airs live on June 26 at 8 p.m. ET/7 CT from the Shrine Auditorium in LA.

Beyonce is at the top of the nominees list with six nominations including Best Female R&B Artist; Best Collaboration for duets with Jay-Z on “Deja vu” and “Upgrade U”; Video of the Year for “Irreplaceable” as well as “Beautiful Liar” with Shakira; and also the Viewer’s Choice Award category.

Other multiple nominees include Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson, the break-out star of “Dreamgirls” starring Beyonce, with three nominations; R&B singing sensation Ciara also with three; Hip Hop ballad maker Akon with three; soulful duo Gnarls Barkley; Robin Thicke, with two nominations for best R&B Artist and Viewer’s Choice for his chart-topping hit “Lost Without You” and artists Ludacris, Diddy, Mary J. Blige, Snoop Dogg, Lil Wayne, and more.

Other’s nominated include Diddy, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, Ludacris, T.I., all up for “Best Male Hip-Hop” and Three 6 Mafia, Gnarls Barkley (up for two nominations), Mary Mary (up for two nominations), Outkast, and Pretty Ricky up for “Best Group.”
