Video Released of Deadly Self-Defense Waffle House Shooting in Fort Myers, FL

Newly released video shows a man being shot following a racist confrontation at a Waffle House in Fort Myers, Florida.

The video reportedly was the proof the shooter in the video needed to show that it was self-defense following another man’s racist attack.

The man seen being shot in the video reportedly died in a crash in a rush to get to the hospital while his friends apparently accused the shooter of pulling a gun on them first before their friend was shot.

Left with no video proof of the two parties’ stories, authorities later had everything they needed in the video to see that the shooter was attacked first before revealing he had a weapon. The shooter also had a permit and can be seen in the video placing his gun on the counter and calling 911 after the incident.
