All hail the Queen, Gangsta Boo, that is. The rapper/former Three 6 Member is actually known by many titles including “Lady Boo,” “Lady Gangsta Boo,” “Lola,” “The Underground Queen,” and the most recent title of “Queen of The South.”
In latest news, ‘The Lady’ who has been bringing the heat like non other female rapper in the South has recently joined up with the newly formed Prophet Posse Camp and is featured on the new Prophet CD album “The Return: Part 1, Prophet Posse,” including on one of the first singles to be released entitled “Pump Your Brakes” available for listen soon on the Official Prophet Posse Music Space (url: http://www.myspace.com/prophetpossemusic) and at MemphisRap.com.
In related news, Gangsta Boo, is currently working on a new solo album release entitled “Forever Gangsta,” and says that she has plans of being in a new female rap group. No word of the group name or the other female members in the group yet , so you’ll just have to stay tuned for more on the Queen, Gangsta Boo, that is.
