Oops Britney has done it again. For the third time, Britney Spears, 25 is back in rehab after shaving her head bald on last week. According to several sources it may be because ex Kevin Federline possibly was thinking about requesting drug testing by hair after she left her first rehab treatment.

It’s funny that the pop star went right back to rehab after an emergency custody hearing that Kevin Federline scheduled the day before that was cancelled because of this. Kevin Federline, 28 reportedly called it off after the pop star returned to the rehabilitation treatment center Promises in Malibu on Wednesday evening which is the same one she checked in on Tuesday then left on Wednesday morning sources stated. The star returned after speaking with her lawyer and family before returning on Wednesday evening. On late last week she checked into a rehab center in the Caribbean, only to leave the next day.

Kevin Federline is noted as being very concerned for the pop princess and wants her to get immediate help and this will be her last chance. If Britney Spears doesn’t go through full treatment this time around Federline is reported to attempt to go to court and seek full custody of their children.

A video taped by X17online on Wednesday night caught Kevin Federline refusing to let Britney Spears inside his home, the pop star reportedly turned to two photographers outside the home, swinging her arms and hitting their cameras. Kevin Federline left his home 30 minutes later and is said to have met Britney Spears at their former Malibu’s Serra Retreat possible to make a deal to go back to rehab.

According to reports Federline has been keeping their two boys Jayden James, 5 months, and Sean Preston, 17 months since last week.

Britney has been having her ups and downs since the pop star and husband Kevin Federline announced they were going separate ways in November of 2006. Shortly after the celebrity pop star Britney Spears was seen at a dance-club with Paris Hilton, and was photographed with no panties by several paparazzi. Over the past few months there has been reports of lewd conduct, club hopping, drug abuse and alcohol abuse.

Her inpatient rehab program is expected to last somewhere between 30 and 45 days.
