What’s the deal with the Hennessy Privilege Music Tour?

MsHollywood writes “Long lines, pushing, angry crowds, and highly agitated concertgoers were what you had at the Gibson Guitar on Tuesday night October 22, 2002. The Hennessy Privilege Music Tour staring Kelly Price, David Hollister, and Glen Lewis started out on the wrong foot. The line began to form at 6:30pm and doors scheduled to open at 8:00pm. The doors didn’t open until after 8:30pm. After surviving the pushing and the long wait the only thing on these concertgoers’ minds were getting in from the night chill and having a seat. Unfortunately, that wasn’t what the promoter’s had in store. There were about 30 to 40 chairs that were set-up to accommodate 200 to 300 people. Once the crowd began to express their anger and concerns they began to bring out more chairs for people to have seats. More than half could be seated once they had to grab their own chairs while the men were bringing them in, but I digress.
