mrfunkytownParticipantSaw this article with the title:
Memphis Lawmakers Propose To Outlaw Racial Profiling
and it reads:
Two Memphis lawmakers are introducing a proposal to outlaw racial profiling in Tennessee. It would require local police departments to enact written policies to prevent all profiling. So my question is how can they stop it when ‘racial profiling’ can’t even be proved. I mean cops stop someone, he’s black or mexican, so now how do you prove they stopped them because of being black or mexican. I mean it definitely needs to be stopped but I can’t see the point in ‘Two Memphis lawmakers are introducing a proposal to outlaw racial profiling in Tennessee‘.
