Memphis High School Band Teacher Accused of Making Sexual Comment To Male Student

A Memphis band director at Melrose High School is under scrutiny after allegedly making sexual comments toward a male student, according to sources.

The teacher was suspended with pay while authorities investigate for possible sexual misconduct.

The incident which is stated to have happened sometime in April, reportedly occurred after the student failed to follow the instructions of the teacher.

Meanwhile, the Memphis & Shelby County School’s administration say that they are cooperating with the Memphis Police Department.
