VH1, who will be debuting the third season of it’s Love & Hip Hop reality television show, this time the Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta version, once again is bringing drama to the screen in the 10-episode series.
The show, as reported on MemphisRap.com, is set to debut this summer and boasts a southern-fried tale of struggle, love and temptation.
The cast for this season will feature Grammy winning producer Stevie J (Mariah Carey, Jay-Z, MC Lyte, Notorious B.I.G., Eightball and MJG, R. Kelly, Diddy and others), who will be caught between his longtime girlfriend Mimi Faust and an alleged jumpoff, who is a Latina rapper and former stripper named Joseline Hernandez.
Cast member R&B singer K Michelle deals with the he-said, she-said drama while rapper Rasheeda sets on making it big and dealings with her manager/husband Kirk Frost.
Rapper Lil Scrappy must draw a line and try to balance his career and life with girlfriend Erica Dixon, and deal with attitudes, as well as his mother, a former hustler, Momma Dee.
Last but not least, Trinidadian R&B singer/rapper, model and actress Karlie Redd represented by Cash Money Management is trying to earn her stripes and is looking for a producer that will help her create a hit. Karlie Redd has appeared on VH1 Scream Queens 2 and in Black Men Magazine.
“Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” will be premiering June 18 at 8 PM ATL time, 7 PM Memphis time.
