Ultimate Fighting Championship president Dana White is thinking of giving a fine to fighter Anderson Silva for his fight against Demian Maia. White was enraged with how Anderson Silva was taunting Maia in the ring on fight night for UFC 112.
The middleweight champ not only lost respect from some fans, but from White who walked out of the fight.
“I don’t think I’ve ever been more embarrassed in the 10 years of being in this business,” White said. “It was the most horrible thing I have ever seen.”
As a professional and a leader for others to come, I feel that Silva should not have acted in that negative way. It showed him not only in a bad light, but it showed no unity in the sport of mixed martial arts.
