Pittsburgh Steelers Ben Roethlisberger Sexual Assault Charges Cleared: Details

Pittsburgh Steelers Quaterback Ben Roethlisberger will NOT be charged with sexual assault. A 20-yr old woman accused Ben of unwanted sexual contact against her at a club on March 5th.

Ben has not answered any questions about this incident in Georgia.

“I want everyone to realize that Ben Roethlisberger has never been accused of any criminal conduct by any law enforcement agency in his life,” Edward T.M. Garland, Roethlisberger’s attorney, said. “We believe the correct decision by the district attorney in this matter should be that no criminal charges will be made against him.”

Obviously there was not enough evidence to make a solid case of this.

There were also talks of the police being seen with Ben taking pictures so who knows what really happened. I have a feeling more from this story is coming later.
