New Orleans Saints Sued In Cover-Up of Stolen Painkillers: Vicodin Pills

NFL franchise New Orleans Saints are being sued by former security director Geoffrey Santini for drug abuse of prescription Vicodin pills.

Santini filed a civil lawsuit (with corrective evidence) which has the DEA forcefully looking into these allegations because Santini ‘outted’ a senior staff member trying to cover up stealing the pills. Geoffrey, before resigning in August, handed the evidence he found over to the police.

The evidence caught Saints linebackers coach Joe Vitt taking a key from the trainer’s office and going into the drug locker.

The Saints say the allegations against them are false, and Santini is merely trying to shake down the franchise.

Santini said he, on several occasions, was ordered to keep quiet about what was going on around there. He also added that 2 trainers were told by a top executive to forge the drug entree forms to make it look like the Vicodin pills that were stolen were actually legally distributed.

George could not keep silent any longer, because of this abuse, he resigned from the franchise and is suing them seeking damages and back-pay.

No one from the franchise has commented on these allegations except head coach Sean Payton who said “I never abused or stole Vicodin pills.”

I have a strong feeling more from this story will occur shortly.
