NCAA Investigating W. Virginia Football for Violations from Rich Rodriguez

The NCAA is currently investigating the football program at the college of West Virginia for violations. It is said that when head coach Rich Rodriguez was there, he violated 5 policies of the NCAA.

One of the most heard of policies was of the practice time. Rich had the WVU football team extend practice by hours a day.

WVU has stated that they are cooperating with the NCAA and will answer any questions.

Rodriguez is now currently the head coach of the Michigan Wolverines. Michigan is under a big microscope now also with these allegations brewing.

No one should be in practice that long, everyone needs time for their bodies to heal and rest. Just think about having to practice 4 or 5 hours a day on football. The consistent hitting, falling, getting the wind knocked out of you sounds too stressful for anyone even young men.
