Memphis rapper Yo Gotti is suing a Georgia luxury car dealership after a worker took his Lamborghini Aventador out for a spin and wrecked it.
According to a lawsuit obtained by celebrity gossip site TMZ, Yo Gotti took his Aventador in for minor repairs at Motorcars of Georgia on last October.
While in the possession of Motorcars of Georgia, one of the workers drove the Lamborghini Aventador more than 20 miles from the dealership in December on the Interstate and collided with a tractor-trailer.
In the lawsuit, Yo Gotti expressed that he never gave Motorcars of Georgia permission to drive his Lamborghini Aventador from the premises and due to negligence on their part, he has incurred more than $80,000 in damages as well as personal pain and mental anguish and not being able to use his vehicle for business purposes such as a prop in his music videos.
Meanwhile, Yo Gotti is gearing up for his 4th Annual Yo Gott and Friends Birthday Bash set to take place at the Mud Island Amphitheatre on the Mississippi River on June 19th.
