DJ Hollywood is bringing the Ying Yang Twins to Studio 231 in concert Thursday, July 14th for the hottest concert of 2005. Bama Hip Hop, in association with DJ Hollywood and Studio 231, is hosting the Open Mic Check auditions for the New Artist Showcase Opening Act on Saturday, July 9th giving local and regional talent the opportunity to be an Opening Act at the Ying Yang Twins Concert. In addition, the selected act(s) will have their demo package submitted to TVT Records by Bama Hip Hop. And you can offer your CDs for sale to the crowd. Bring two songs (seperate songs not snippets or mixes) total time within 8 minutes. You will get to perform one song for certain, the second song depends on how many acts show up. To reserve a definite place in the lineup send an email to bamahiphop@hotmail.com giving the name of the artist or group, number of people in the group, label or production company, city/state, contact phone and manger/contact person name. General admission is $5 per person.
