A California woman with her baby in a stroller went into a raging fit after she entered a Apple store hoping that she would get some assistance after being told by AppleCare she could march right in and get the help she needed.
The entire incident of the woman getting upset and beating her hand on her baby’s stroller was caught on video by actress/singer and dancer Porscha Coleman who tweeted and vined the incident at the Apple Store at the Grove, in Los Angeles.
According to Coleman, the lady was going off in the Apple store and didn’t have an appointment.
“This lady is goin OFF in the Apple Store!! Lol U dont have an appointment, lady! #coolit #chillpill #takesomemeds,” Porscha Coleman said in her message.
The woman drew quite a bit of attention as everyone glared her way.
“I was told by AppleCare that I could walk in the store and get repaired,” the woman yelled to make her presence known.
The woman loses her train of thought it seems and we assume that was the end.
Looks like AppleCare needs to re-think the care of customers.
